Every quote is itemized
You see carrier pay, platform fee and damage protection as separate lines. If a number changes, you can see exactly which one moved and why.
The locked price is the paid price
We don't publish a teaser rate and re-bid your vehicle three days later. Once a price is locked, that's what settles at delivery.
Carriers are verified, not just listed
Operating authority, insurance certificates and FMCSA safety data are checked before a carrier can buy a lead, and expired insurance blocks them automatically.
Your contact info isn't an auction lot
A lead is released to a maximum of three vetted carriers. No twelve-broker phone storm the moment you hit submit.
How the marketplace works
Customers price a move instantly against real lane data — distance, item type, size, operability, season and current capacity — instead of waiting on a callback. Paying the deposit confirms the fixed price and starts carrier assignment.
Up to three carriers may pay for a qualified opportunity and contact the customer about availability, but that does not assign the load. Carriers must hold active operating authority and current cargo insurance, and disputed junk leads are refunded. TankWorldWide or the broker of record makes the final carrier assignment.
Throughout the move, milestones, condition photos, a digital bill of lading and private messaging live in one place, so the shipper, the carrier and our team are looking at the same record.
