Once your deposit clears, qualified carriers can confirm availability at the fixed carrier payout. TankWorldWide or the broker of record assigns one active, insured carrier before pickup. Your price does not change.

A digital Bill of Lading captures photos of every panel, the interior and the odometer at pickup and again at delivery, both e-signed. You track milestones the whole way.

What you pay and when
Due today — deposit
Paid by card on this site. It confirms your booking and releases your load to matched carriers. Nothing is dispatched before it clears.
Due at delivery — balance
Paid directly to the driver when your vehicle arrives and you have inspected it, using the payment methods listed on your booking confirmation.
How the deposit is calculated: the deposit is the platform fee plus damage protection shown on your quote — nothing more. Both lines are already inside the total, never added on top. The balance you pay the driver at delivery is exactly the carrier transportation line. Example: a $2,205 enclosed total made up of $1,895 carrier transportation, $285 platform fee and $25 damage protection means $310 due today and $1,895 at delivery.
