The Price Lock Guarantee

Most vehicle and equipment shipping complaints are not about damage — they are about a price that changed after the customer committed. Price Lock exists to make that impossible here.

The quote is the contract

The tier price you accept is written onto your order. Dispatch cannot call back three days later asking for another $250 to 'get a truck assigned' — the classic bait-and-switch of this industry.

Deposit, then balance — nothing else

You pay a small deposit to reserve the truck and the balance on delivery. No fuel surcharges, no terminal fees, no 'expedite' upcharges after booking.

Locked for 14 days

Your rate holds for 14 days from the quote date, even if the lane spikes because of seasonal snowbird or auction demand.

Carrier-backed, not broker-promised

Prices are validated against what carriers actually accepted on your lane last week, so the number is realistic enough that a truck takes it.

The only two things that change a locked price

  • You change the vehicle, the trailer type, or either address after booking.
  • The vehicle is not in the condition described — for example it no longer rolls, brakes and steers, which requires a winch.

In either case you see the revised number in writing and can cancel free of charge before the truck is dispatched.

How to keep your rate accurate

  1. 1. Quote with the real pickup and delivery ZIP codes, not the nearest big city.
  2. 2. Tell us up front if the car does not run, is lowered, or has roof racks.
  3. 3. Book within 14 days so the lock is still active.
