Billing questions
Are the first loads really free for new carriers?
Yes. Once your DOT number is verified, two free load claims are waiting in your account. You get the same full customer contact details as a paid claim, and no credit card is required.
How much does a vehicle transport lead cost?
After your two free loads, lead prices scale with the value of the move. The price is 5% of the recommended quote price, with a floor of $9 and a ceiling of $60 per lead. The exact price is shown before you claim it.
How many carriers get the same lead?
A maximum of three. Once three carriers have claimed a lead it is closed, so you are never competing against a dozen callers.
What if a lead is fake or unreachable?
Dispute it from your carrier portal. Approved disputes refund wallet credits in full, usually within one business day.
Is there a monthly fee or contract?
No. Credits never expire, there is no subscription, and you can stop claiming leads at any time without penalty.
