Billing questions
How much does an vehicle transport lead cost?
Lead prices scale with the value of the move. The price is 5% of the recommended quote price, with a floor of $9 and a ceiling of $60 per lead. The exact price is shown before you claim it.
How many carriers get the same lead?
A maximum of three. Once three carriers have claimed a lead it is closed, so you are never competing against a dozen callers.
What if a lead is fake or unreachable?
Dispute it from your vehiclerier portal. Approved disputes refund wallet credits in full, usually within one business day.
Is there a monthly fee or contract?
No. Credits never expire, there is no subscription, and you can stop claiming leads at any time without penalty.
