The Elite Carrier Program

Good carriers should not fight for the same leads as the worst ones. Every TankWorldWide carrier gets a performance score out of 100, recalculated from real delivered loads — and the better your score, the earlier new leads appear on your board.

How the score is calculated

Delivered loads

Up to 40 points — 1 point per completed shipment.

Customer rating

Up to 30 points — 6 points per star of your average review score.

On-time pickups

Up to 20 points — scaled directly from your on-time percentage.

Verified authority

10 points once MC/DOT and active cargo insurance are verified.

Cancellations and damage claims subtract points. Scores refresh automatically as loads close.
