Corporate relocation
Corporate relocation vehicle transport
Relocation vehicle moves fail on two things: dates that shift while the employee sorts out housing, and an invoice that HR or the relocation policy cannot reconcile. Both are solvable before the truck is booked.
What's included
- Flexible pickup windows that survive a moved start date
- Separate booking contact and on-site contact for the employee
- Itemized receipts that reconcile to a relocation policy
- Milestone notifications to both the employee and the coordinator
How it runs
- 1Quote the lane with the employee's best-guess dates.
- 2Add the employee as the on-site contact for pickup and delivery.
- 3Lock the rate; the pickup window stays flexible while dates firm up.
- 4Receive the signed digital BOL and itemized invoice for the file.
Corporate relocation FAQ
Can the company pay while the employee receives?
Yes. The booking contact and the on-site contact are separate, and both get milestone notifications.
What if the start date moves?
Tell us and the pickup window is rescheduled. The locked rate holds; the calendar moving does not trigger a re-quote.
Can we move more than one vehicle per household?
Yes. Multiple vehicles quote together and usually cost less per unit on the same lane.
