Dealerships

Dealership vehicle transport

A dealership moves three very different things: inventory between rooftops, trades that have to land before the customer changes their mind, and sold units going home. Each one has its own clock, and a single generic rate does not respect any of them.

What's included

  • Bulk quoting from a list of VINs and locations instead of one form at a time
  • Dealer trades and sold-unit deliveries priced on the same lane view
  • Itemized pricing per unit so it reconciles against your accounting
  • Carrier authority and insurance verified before any unit is assigned

How it runs

  1. 1Upload or paste your VINs and pickup and delivery points.
  2. 2Review per-unit pricing and pick the service level each unit needs.
  3. 3Lock the units you want moved; the rest stay quoted for later.
  4. 4Track each unit and collect a signed digital BOL with photos at both ends.

Dealerships FAQ

Can I quote a whole list at once?

Yes. The bulk quote tool takes a list of vehicles and lanes and prices each one, so you are not re-entering the same form for every unit.

How fast can a dealer trade move?

It depends on the lane and current capacity, not on a promise we make up front. The quote shows the realistic pickup window for that corridor before you commit.

Who signs at delivery?

Anyone you designate at the receiving rooftop. The digital bill of lading and condition photos are attached to the shipment record either way.
