How fast can a dealer trade move?
It depends on the lane and current capacity, not on a promise we make up front. The quote shows the realistic pickup window for that corridor before you commit.
Who signs at delivery?
Anyone you designate at the receiving rooftop. The digital bill of lading and condition photos are attached to the shipment record either way.
