Can you deliver to an on-base address?
Sometimes. Many installations restrict 75-80 foot car haulers or require escort. The reliable play is a delivery point just outside the gate — usually a large retail lot minutes away — and drive it in yourself.
What if my report date changes?
Tell us and we reschedule the pickup window. Your locked rate holds; you are not re-quoted because the calendar moved.
Can someone else release the vehicle?
Yes. Any adult you designate can hand over keys and sign the bill of lading, which is common when you fly ahead of the vehicle.
